Are there returns?

All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us at mymorganics774@gmail.com for review. Depending on the issue, we can either repair the item or offer an exchange if the item is available. Please see below for further details.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mymorganics774@gmail.com

There are certain situations where we can provide MYM Organics Store credit for an item wanting to be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit the cost of return shipping will be added to your MYM Organics Store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How does Fresh to Order work?

We are handcrafting each item fresh as you order, therefore varied styles take on average 15 business days to create the garment and will ship upon completion. For our hand embroidered pieces which are custom made they can take an average of 30 business days and will ship upon completion. Although this is not typical in the fashion industry we strongly believe that large inventories are unsustainable business practice and we have worked to develop more of a unique and catered shopping experience.

“Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic we have adopted hygiene best practices as well as adopting social distancing measures. Furthermore, please understand delays in production and shipping as we cope with different state and country regulations that have impacted our operations. We will be sure to communicate with you as we plan to get orders out as quick as possible, however please be mindful that there may be delays due to the unprecedented circumstances. Thank you for your support.”

All US Orders ship from Los Angeles and all Mexico orders ship from Puebla Mexico. All orders over $75 will include complimentary shipping in the US and Mexico. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and major Holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin crafting orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.

Can I pay with other currency?

All our prices are in USD [$ US DOLLARS] but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. We have a built in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.

Where are my products made?

All our products are hand crafted in-house by MYM Organics members in Los Angeles California, Rosarito Mexico and Hueyapan Puebla.

How does sizing work?
