Puerh's are known for their characteristically earth and woody flavors that we can attribute to the fermentation that this tea undergoes. This is a dark puerh also known as cooked, with moisture added to start the fermentation process creating a probiotic in the puerh that makes it a really good home remedy for stomach cramping. Overall pureh helps aide in digestion and its grounding earthy flavor extends for multiple brews.
